Yes, we use WordPress and Woocommerce. Yes, we are also big fans of Shopify. What we’re not fans of is trying to cram your business into a low-performing theme or template that doesn’t work for your business.

Similar to our Marketing Website process above, we sit down with you to understand your brand and your online business objectives. We then document your requirements, design and build the frontend of your site from the ground up and layer it onto the CMS that makes the most sense for you.

Before jumping into design, we will begin with discovery - conducting a quick meeting or two to understand and document your current brand and business objectives. After this, The Hatchery will share the discovery document with you, review and adjust and move into the conceptual phase once all parties are in agreement.

The visual identity  is the logo that will define your business. It will become the framework for all marketing and communications moving forward. Typically, this will include:
